The morning is the best time to train. The main advantage to exercising on an empty stomach: the potential to burn more fat. If your goal is to drop a little weight, exercising first thing in the morning before eating breakfast is the way to go. In addition, committing to first thing in the day is more likely to happen. At the end of a long day, it’s too easy to say, tomorrow will be fine!
