Why your morning routine is so important!

The morning is the best time to train. The main advantage to exercising on an empty stomach: the potential to burn more fat. If your goal is to drop a little weight, exercising¬†first thing in the morning¬†before eating breakfast is the way to go. In addition, committing to first thing in the day is more likely to happen. At the end of a long day, it’s too easy to say, tomorrow will be fine!
